[TechAssist] Zenith 27" TV B27A11Z (9-2109 main) instant shut down,FIX

This Zenith B27A11Z would chirp at plug in,but push power and hear the
HV come up with instant shut down.Inspection underneath found a cracked
trace from the first flyback pin over to diode DX2104 anode. This
removed voltage from this diode killing vertical, hence shutdown.
Bridged trace,fixed.
