[TechAssist] Zenith 27" TV

No Reception................period
33v and 5v source are on the Tuner,but can't find
a 12v source. Should there be ???(no schematics)
Tuner,Samsung TECC1040PG31B(already resoldered)
Found a bunch of tips on IC2200,TA1268a,221-1165
but none pertain to no Reception.
This Chip IS running hot.Chill Spray has no affect.
