Kevin,
Only thing I can find for the 9-155 module. is R5102 ( 1.6 Meg.) might be
open. Also check R5101. Also check for an open coil L5151 on the 250 volt
line.
Also, If this set has a 9-186, or 9-187 sweep module, it seems there was an
e-cap 10uf @ 350, ( or some crazy value I can't remember ), but, it was on
the 250 volt source line, that also caused the same symptoms.
