[TechAssist] Zenith, 1985 model, HV with retrace lines, no pix or sound.

This 19 year old 27" Zenith TV (sorry, forgot to get model number, just
removed signal and flyback boards) has a problem I have never seen
before. The set turns on with white retrace lines in the picture and no
sound and a blank raster (no snow or picture). When I change channels
the volume is muted for a split second but nothing happens on screen.
When I increase the volume there is a sound like the cable is
disconnected. TIA
