[TechAssist] WindowsXP / service pack 2. Computer (data loading error). 16 bit windows sub system - error box.

Can anyone help on this error?
Shows this error when trying to load some programs, or when I try to load my
update data to my laptop.
Shows:
16 bit windows sub system.
c:\WINDOWS\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not sutible for running
MS-dos and microsoft windows applications.
