Jeff, I deal directly with Echosphere, in Inglewood, Colorado. I don't know if you can do that in your area. I have been with the company for 20 years. So my situation may be different. Maybe they have some new policies for new dealers. You must have gotten mixed up with a ripoff type of distributor. Send a copy of your post to retailservices@xxxxxxxxxxxx They should be able to answer your questions. If not,...go onto the web site, and look up the e-mail address of Charlie Ergin.(CEO) I think it is executvesolutions@xxxxxxxxxxxx . They might not answer, but, it's worth a try.
