No I dont have an HR for this one. How certain are you the HR is bad? Its
pretty rare you see those defective. So rare that HR wont usually listen if
you talk to them about returns based on defect, unless you have a really
detailed expination or its an easy defect to spot. Its always possible there
is human error at the factory, but there is a lot of times human error
during the troubleshooting too. Have seen the later more than the former
since I have dealt with HR.
