If you give the symptoms and some critical parts, like voltage regulator(STR,
STK), HOT, etc., and location number, I can do a precise search in Tech Repair
CD...and maybe have some luck.
You can save some time if you also post the problems and what you found...maybe
someone has seen the same.

I opened it up and found the Samsung name on the CRT & the yoke so it
appears to be one of their products. I doubt I will ever find a schematic
for this one. I checked the common failures for dead set condition and so
far all checks ok. It appears it may be a lost cause since customer can
replace it for $160 with a brand name.
