[TechAssist] White-Westinghouse - WVT-11911 - Shutdown

Hi Gang. This TVCR has secondary regulator voltages. When you hit the power
switch the relay clicks twice real fast and nothing. It will do this over and
over. I believe it is problem in th HV, but I have no skemer for it. The HOT
checks good. I replaced the vertical IC. Any idea's?
