That is a Daewoo TV which commonly had PS problems. It can also be found as Portland, RCA and Daewoo. According to a post on tech-assist about a year ago you can use a Sony 2SC4834 or SK10000, probably just a guess by someone. Thsi may help you troubleshoot it temporarily. I did a search on the original number (TKSE130090) and it comes up in Partsolver for $9.60 with an alternate number listed as MJE13009. Good luck, John.
