Hi Bob,
I don't know. I wound up overbooking myself yesterday. I comitted the
cardinal sin, yesterday; putting ther back on before checking the set. I
almost never do that, but I was in a hurry (that's one lesson I've had to
relearn several times in the last 25 years!)
When I realized that the effect was still there, I was too rushed to go back
in & take measurements.
Anyway, there's also a 4700uf @ 25V cap in the 15V line. I'm ordering one
in, and goiong out with that, my ESR Meter, the manual, and a free morning.
IF that doesn't fix it, I'll report back with the specifics.
