Hello,
Another shop has me servicing this 21" monitor, I
don't have service literature. It powers up fine, has
no raster. However, the H/V builds up (with VGA
signal) and the CRT filament is unlit.
Anyway, can someone with service literature please
share case history info on this model? In the mean
time, checking for bad caps
