[TechAssist] UPLOAD problems -FIXED!

Found the answer to our upload to techassist problem----we use Netscape
7.1, must have filters that stop the upload from going out or put
something weird on the message! Went over to IE and got into
techassist site and send SAME file upload --it went through ok this
time! So, if anyone has Netscape later version they may have same
problem with file upload to techassist. I sent the upload using
hotmail e-mail account. Worked on this for 2 days!
