Bill,

You need to determine if the problem is with the tuner or the control
circuitry. Check for tuner voltages, +5 and +33, monitor the data line to
see if there are changes in voltage when changing the channel. If the
voltage level changes as you change the channel then most likely the tuner
is defective. If there is no voltage change then the problem lies withing
the tuner control ciruitry. Hope this helps a bit.

This W/W VCR/TV is stuck on cable channel #17, the OSD channels change
but no change on actual tuning. Has anyone run across this before on
this model or does anyone have the pinout of the tuner & B+'s so I can
determine if its tuner or chassis problem?  Any help would be
appreciated....Thanks much!!
