[TechAssist] Toshiba combo MV19N2. Intermittent shutsdown!

Maybe someone has ran across this before.
This set came in with the "HOT shorted".
I could not find any other faults. I replaced the HOT "TT2140", the set would
power on great and work for about 15 min., then set shuts off.
The only tips I had indicated a few common problem components to check:
I replaced -
Q406 "HOT" Mfr. BZ510120 / TT2140
D535 "Diode" Mfr. AD300671
Q510 "FET" Mfr. 79099070 / FET BZ510093
Still the set shuts down after about 15 - 20 min., no tape in vcr, so it's not
shutting it down.
The flyback checks good, and is not getting warm.
The HOT is running cool also.
Can anyone help with this? Thanks. David.
