The ones that I have seen were made by Orion. Although the Orion service
manual
has a parts breakdown, the pieces are not usually available and you have to
buy the whole DVD Mecha, about $30.
We rarely get a taker on off warranty repair since you can buy new units in
the $60 - $70 price range.
