I still say you can Ask Iris OnlineTM and put the experience and knowledge
of Toshiba engineers and technical support staff at your fingertips! Simply
ask a question, in plain English, and Iris will try to answer it using the
entire Toshiba knowledge base and Support Bulletins. I went ahead and went
deeper into the site and you can put in a model here and should get a reply.
At least it says you can. This web address is long because I went deep into
the site so if some is not highlighted in blue after going thru Tech assist
you may have to fix a break in the address. I just tried it and it seems to
work.
