Regulator is working fine but changed C863 anyway (high failure item). I
believe C880 3300uf/35v capacitor feeds audio and MTS daughter board, only
measured 18.3V across C880, replaced it, same voltage. Does anyone in the
group have a pinout for IC501 (Jungle IC), TA8723N, I can't find anything on
this. I suspect this is the problem because when I select video input I get
the same result as with the tuner selected. Does anyone have a schematic
please, might have to order one.

Change C863 on that set,,,4.7ufd/50volts.
Check across C880 and see what voltage you have, should be about 27V. If not
change C880..3300ufd.35volts.
