[TechAssist] Toshiba TV CF30F40 pulled in on sides

this TV came in with the set shutting off after it ran for 30 minutes or so, I
resoldered the chassis and now it runs without shutting down but after several
hours it intermittently will bow in from the sides...also if shut off it will
not start back up until its unplugged and plugged back in..any help?
