[TechAssist] Toshiba TP55H60, HV with no picture or sound

This PROJO comes on with HV, but no picture or sound. The power light
stays on for a few seconds and then flashes slowly off and on. When the
set is turned off I can see a flash from the screen as the HV crackles
off. The customer also said the set used to come on with picture and no
sound. Other times it would work fine and then go dim, go bright and
then shut down. What could cause all these seemingly different
problems? TIA
