[TechAssist] Toshiba TP50H60, TAC9855 instant shut down

Fellow tech phoned in this call to me for assist.
Toshiba PTV goes into instant shut down after power on. Tech says he
remembers the STKs in the convergence module.
Is this correct, and if so what does this unit use for STKs?
