[TechAssist] Toshiba SD-3205 DVD player, tray opens, tray closes, acts erractically.

The tray that holds 5 CD's or 5 DVD's opens and closes without stopping.
Once I put a DVD in by opening the tray and unplugging it from the wall,
the DVD will play but I have a devil of a time getting the DVD to come
out again. Tray will also open and close by itself. Anybody had this
type of problem? TIA.
