That's been my experience on them. Customers end up leaving them, when I get
2 units the same with different symptoms, I used to change boards from one,
or maybe the laser unit. But even there, they have no resale value, since a
new one is under $70. 100 years from now when they dig up our landfills,
they will wonder what these things were used for, along with tons of 8 track
players.
