If chassis your working on has IC501,( ta8723n) check/replace c301, 2.2uf@50v
off pin36 of ic501,I've found this lytic weak,in quite a few Toshiba's... I'm
guessing you've checked all c3xx Lytics around vert. ic & yoke? replaced vert.

Found this (Repairworld) service tip (values) on your chassis c342
1uf@50v, c344 2.2uf@50v, hope this helps a little...
