Thanks Robert...  Damon was right-on with his suggestion to check the resistors 
for the 
yokes ground path...  There are three 2.2 ohm 3w with a 2% tolerance and one 
was red, black, 
black, red.  It didn't register that it was different than the rest and looked 
so clean.  If 
it had been a snake it would have bit me..  Maybe a better tech wouldn't have 
missed it...

Check solder connections around the DCU or replace the DCU if available if
it has PB6340 on board the part number is 23705361 and it's NLA from Toshiba
