[TechAssist] Toshiba DVD, SD2109U, Dead after power outage

Friends,
This is for my own set in the shop. We had Hurricane Dennis hit a week
ago Sunday. We lost power until Thursday.
This set and two Sony VCR's were on a battery backup. After power was
restored, the backup was toast along with this DVD and one of the VCR's.
Needed to make several copies of a tape for a lawsuit today and found the
inoperative equipment.
Can find no obvious damage to the DVD, but have no voltage on the
secondary of the SMPS.
Would someone have a pdf file of the power supply?
