[TechAssist] Toshiba Combo unit MW24FN1 Small pic w/ retrace

This Toshiba MW24FN1 has raster about 3/4 of normal size with
retrace. This came to me from a shop that closed. They had parts for it
already. Changed fly, hot, and CRT that they provided for me and requested that
I change. Problem is still the same. Any ideas? Any common problems to cause
this? I feel I may be overlooking something simple. This is basicaly a freebie
unit I am doing to help a friend who went out of business.
