[TechAssist] Toshiba 50H82 sound problem

I have been contacted to service a Toshiba model 50H82.
Customer says the sound is uneven from channel to channel.
The customer does not know if he is using expanded stereo or any of those
typical features.
I am unfamiliar with this Toshiba model, and thought I would try to get a
heads up before making the trip. Does this set use the old SBX module?
Any tips anyone might have would be helpful.
