[TechAssist] Toshiba 26hl83 LCD shuts down

Hello Techs,
This chassis # TAC0370 shuts down usually within 5 minutes. It sometimes
can be turned back on with the power switch. You can tap almost any where on
the power board or chassis and it will shut down. It seems like a poor
connection.
Has anyone had this problem?
