[TechAssist] Toshiba 20AF41 shuts right off

This set was completely dead, found bad Q501 5 volt regulator, Now set makes=
an
attempt to turn on, high voltage comes up to about 16KV , Then set shuts=
off,
All of the B+ voltages are normal even when the set shuts off. Unsoldered=
H.O.
transistor still does the same thing. T.I.A. for any help.
