[TechAssist] Tosh TP48E60 Vert info needed

Going on service call tonight. No manual, I am flying bare a** to the wind on
this one. TP48E60 has vertical problems.
Checked archives and found stuff about poor solder on vert IC. Anyone know the
generic # for this IC ? Also, some common caps ? Values ?
