Found open 33uF @ 160 volt cap in pincushion circuit. I am pretty sure
this will fix my weird problem, but I won't be sure until I reinstall
the main board in the set when the customer gets back from holidays next
week. Thanks to Al and George for pointing me in the right direction.

Check the power supply and line filter caps. also verify regulator is
working properly.
