Kerry,

You'll need the customer's remote control.  It has a button on it labeled
"Tamper Proof."  Hold the button down a few seconds and it is in or out
of lock mode.  Unfortunately, it is not like the RCA's where most RCA
remotes with work to get it out of child lock.
