[TechAssist] TOSHIBA VCR/DVD

Hi Techs
It plays fine but than it freezes like a slow motion and than it play fine
keeps on doing like this all the time.
I cleaned and aligned the laser asm but still the same.
Anybody knows what can be wrong.
Pls appreciate the help.
