Is this one of the models with the two RED caps like lots of Toshibas 
have? 1uf@50v? Don't remember for sure but one is in the vertical output 
circuit near the output IC and the other is inside the shield around the 
jungle IC. Did they use red caps here so they stand out? They are always 
bad.

Panasonic? That's a separate story and should be in a separate post but 
yea, I'd get a tuner.
