Fred, you didn`t say which caps you`ve replaced so I`m going to assume 
you missed one,
look for a small red cap inside the open metal box ( if shield ) called 
C 301 or C 305,
both of these caps MUST be changed, usually 2.2 @ 50v or 1uf @ 50v. I 
believe it`s 301
that is hidden in the if section and it is hard to find but it is part 
of the vert. problem, good
