[TechAssist] TIP Pioneer SD-P5043Q Intr power

Had intr power and would shut down after 10 to 30 minuets of operation
regularly. to restore power must unplug to reset. found R266 changed in value
from 160K to 190K. replacing R266 restored to normal operation. ( can't take
credit for this got the tip from repair world).
