[TechAssist] TEAC receiver, fix

Teac receiver
Model #: AG-SV7150
Problem: Unit turns on for a few seconds then shuts back off.
Fix: Found 2 of the main power transistors along the large heat sink
shorted(2SD2222 & 2SB1470). There were 2 of each and I replaced all. Unit
works fine. Sorry about the pat locations not being listed in this.
