Press power button, relay clicks on, power button-clicks off.
When on, B+ slowly drops..no high voltage builds up.
FBT reads ???? in circuit, OK out of circuit.
0.27 ohm resistor is OK as well as the stand-off resistors.
B+ is 105vdc using the capacitor (-), but 18vdc using the FBT ground....is this
normal?
Found C2601 high ESR--had lower B+ before this.
The board in area of R2603 is burnt. Printing on R2603 is worn off and measures
12ohms...so I assume this resistor is OK
Any one run into this before?
