[TechAssist] T/A Panasonic TVCR PV-C1331W Timer light blinking - Power relay clicks on and back off.

Hi memebrs,
This Panasonic TVCR PV-C1331W acts like it might be in a lock mode.
It's a 2001 model,...and the timer light keeps blinking. When you push pwr.
button, you can hear the relay click on, and back off.
Most locks on panasonics need to be activated while the pwr. is on.
I need to know about the locks on this set, before wasting time
troubleshooting it.
