[TechAssist] Symphonic W13TVCRG, 13" TV/VCR, shuts down after 10 seconds

The tape will play for an hour or so and then just shut the TV off and
unload the tape.  If I turn the TV/VCR back on the tape is then ejected.
Then the tape will only play for about 10 seconds before the TV shuts
off and the tape unloads from the video drum again.  I cleaned the 3
sensors, cleaned a very dirty mode switch, and checked the 3 voltage
regulators.  What else could be my problem?
