[TechAssist] Symphonic 27" WF2702 dead, tics, fix

My tech friend at a local shop here said this is becomming very common: 
Flys bad in these el-chepos.
Case in point:
Symphonic WF2702 made 2002. dead. Hung a sencore scope probe right on 
the HOT collector. Saw a pulse at turn on. Cure: Flyback (# 
LTF00CPP1011, made by Konka). Has seen many of these Symphonic sets, 
even the 13" combos using these c**p Konks flys with the "LTF... prefix 
numbers.
