[TechAssist] Sylvania TV/VCR model#3919CLC mfgr 1999 vertical roll

LR98261 where UL is normally stamped. Plays pre recorded tapes, tapes
recorded other VCR's at different speeds . But when you record a tape
on this unit and play it back it has a vertical roll. Play this same
tape on another machine with what you have recorded it plays fine. Have
checked numerous areas of the deck for fault. Spent a lot of time on
this unit keep coming up dry. Is there a service bulletin out or
something that could help rectify this odd ball problem?
