[TechAssist] Sylvania Mod. 6319CC dead

I had a tip on D615, D629, Q605 & Q606.
I found D615 & D629 shorted. I removed Q605 & Q606 and both checked
good.
In stanby I have 120 volts on coll of Q571 (HOT) and at turn on it goes
to 60 volts.
I have unsoldered the b+ on the FBT with same results.
HELP.
