Phil,
You could try it. I've heard Sony uses real close specs on all their parts. I
would think
if you get good cross hatch after replacement, you are good to go.

Subject: [TechAssist] Sony projo KP-41T35 good pix til warms up, converg. goes
out(bow at
top & bottom) STK392-110 subs???

Customer says it powers on with good picture until it warms up awhile.
Then he describes what I think is convergence. gets "lines in it" and"
bows at top and bottom of screen."
Right at the back are two converg. IC's: IC809,IC810 both 2SK392-110.
I entered the model number with Tritronics : these ICs are Sony #
874901297, and are "inactive parts".
Below they show "Use 874901 437(SONY)" at $64.95 each whsle!
Also notes that these subs are actually an STK392-150 (not -110 as
original).
Question:
I already have a pair of Hitachi STK392-150 / hit# CZ00433 in stock.
Would you use my Hitachis and save $$$ ?
I never use generacs in Sonys, but these are Hitachi factory ICs.
What would you do?
