We have a KP53HS10 which had juice spilled onto the front screen and dripped down. A horror story to say the least. I know when there is audio with continuous blinking from the timer led, it represents a problem with the IK circuit and/or the jungle IC. This is typical with the newer Sony's with bad CRT's. However, I have no audio AND no video. The set was last left in the "ON" position, so when you plug it in it trys to start-up with a little "thump" heard in the speaker and immediately shuts down. All voltages are present from the main power supply. So what does "continuous blinking" and "immediate shut down" represent? Where do I start looking? Ken Dyche Mississauga T.V. Inc.
