Problem: intermittent Picture.
Unit has audio whether the picture is present or not. When first turn unit
on, audio is a wining sound and eventually goes away after set warms up a
few minutes. When picture is not showing, have checked all the voltages on
CRT board and are ok. Scoped vertical signal and horizontal drive signal,
both ok. Originally, I found a couple of bad caps in the PS and replaced
but no help. Picture may come on steady after awhile but usually just
flashes on and off(if it even comes up). Been stuck on this one for some
time. Any help appreciated. Thanks!
