Service manual says those parts are not supplied, looks like you must
replace the VCR deck assy, "9-885-037-16 VHS DECK ASSY" Oops, that is
also not supplied, guess we can't fix this one. Send it back to the Far
East for a refund via one of those Wat-Mart trucks that are clogging the
interstates.
