[TechAssist] Sony Playstation 2 Laser Alignment ?

Hi Everyone:
Got this Sony playstation in for the complaint of not play disks. After
trying suspected the laser being bad. called customer to give estimate &
found out customer tried to adjust laser from article on Internet, turned
the white gear. asked if put back in original position, customer said NO !
What I need is can someone post or email me the procedure on how to change
the laser & then align it. This would really make this job & then next one
that this happens to easier !
