[TechAssist] Sony PTV model KP41T65 chassis RA-2A slow warm up for width, and hight to fill out.

Hi Techs,
This Sony PTV is a 1998 model KP41T65.
The set will not turn on until about the 3rd, or 4th try.
When the picture comes in, it is in from both sides about 2 inches, and down
from the top, and up from the bottom about 2 inches. After about 5 minutes,
the picture finally fills the screen, but it looks a little milky, or some
what out of focus. They say if it is left on too long, it will shut
off,..but I couldn't confirm that.
I looked for any signs of fluid leakage, but it looked clean,...I couldn't
see any.
There don't apear to be any bad connections either.
I suspect a bad e-cap in the pwr. supply, but I didn't bring my ckt. coolant
spray with me, so I need to make another house call on Thursday. It would be
nice if someone could tell me which cap to check first, if they have seen
this problem before, so I could take the correct values with me.
I want to try and fix this one in the home, if at all possible.
